yesterday i pinched a nerve in my neck while taking a shower & now i can't turn my head to the right...or look up...or down...or tilt my head to the side

grrrr...i can't stand not being able to look around unless i turn my whole body around too. i need to be more careful...& i just realized that *sigh*

with every passing moment i'm going farther into the dark hole known as depression...if i keep going down i wont be able to find my way out & then i'll go emo o-o

my whole life is turning into a bunch of shit-_-i need to go make something explode right now...buh-bye
